I feel such JOY...JOY reading this blog!!!

That's a great photo of Tanner. I'm glad that he and Travis are now friends (maybe by default because of Darla!). He seems to be enjoying his new life. He's very lucky there are good people in this world like you and Alayne.

It's so wonderful to see Tanner so happy and healthy all the way around! Like most dogs, he probably doesn't even realize he's missing a leg and just goes about his business. It's so rewarding that he has such a great life now, thanks to you all!

Good for the boys!

Nice to hear that Tanner is doing so well and is best buddies with Travis. He looks very content, enjoying his well-earned spot on the bed. Very posh bed, by the way - a "pillow" at the head, and a table for a canopy.

TANNER HAS SUCH A HUMBLE LOOK ON HIS FACE AS THOUGH HE CAN'T QUITE BELIEVE HIS GOOD FORTUNE. MAYBE HE'S JUST GLAD DARLA'S LETTING HIM RELAX.

Hopefully Travis's jaw will stay open. Tanner looks great. Timmy is very fast on three legs as well. On our walks if he spots a rabbit or a fox, he is gone before you know it. And you should see him chase the antelope!!! But he can also milk it that he is handicapped! He gives you that look that he is helpless. I gave in to that look at first, but now I'm on to his game, well sort of :)!

Happy, contented animals. Makes me smile. Blessings.
