We just posted Jack Hanna's Into The Wild TV show about the ranch on our Web site's home page. It's a wonderful piece, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Like a lot of people, we weren't able to watch it live on TV when it first aired in November because of the somewhat erratic programming schedules of the local stations that carry the program; friends in Seattle sent us a tape of the show, which is how we finally got to see it. We did end up getting a DVD from the producers, and we had a video production outfit in Spokane convert it to a Flash format video for viewing on the Web. We don't have permission to post it on video-sharing sites like YouTube, only for direct embedding in our own Web site. So if you want others to see it, just send them the link to our Web site home page.
This would be a great opportunity to email family and friends a link so they can see the video, then ask them to vote in the Shelter Challenge for us!
Please note: If you have problems viewing the video, please understand I can't help. It's a standard Flash format and most PCs can play video in that format. So if it's not working for you, unfortunately there isn't anything I can do or any advice I can provide about your specific situation.
---
Please vote for the ranch in the Shelter Challenge -- and you can vote every day! We're currently in third place, putting us on track to win $3,000 for the animals. Enter "Rolling Dog Ranch" and our state postal code, MT, for Montana, and it will bring up our listing.
Vote in the Shelter Challenge here.Last year we won $3,000 in the first round and then won the $20,000 Grand Prize in the second round, so your votes really do add up and make for a wonderful gift for the animals here.
Thank you!
Wonderful piece! I'm so glad that Jack is helping to spread the word about the amazing work that you guys do! I hope someday that I will be able to visit!

I'm a few days behind, but I just watched the video. What a wonderful opportunity for your story to get out, and for people to see that your animals can enjoy, and are enjoying, a wonderful life!

Oh I am so glad you posted this as I either missed it or just didn't get it. Made me feel like I was there with you all. This just makes me realize that my donations are very well spent, wish they could be more. Really brought it home to me the wonderful work you do. God Bless you both & of course all the furbabies too!! :)

Just tremendous. A great video and I want to share it with the whole world. Those who 'toss off' normal animals should see the work you two do. And with such compassion! Best wishes and here's hoping the winter days will soon come to an end for the year.

Thanks for posting this very special video. It was so well done and really showed up close and personal the wonderful things you do for all your animals. You can truly see the love they have for both of you because of the love you have for them.
Hope to hear about the other Louisiana dogs soon!

Absolutely moving! Thank you for sharing your statement, Steve about not taking pity on these animals. It is so true, they just want to get on with living life. I am sharing this with EVERYONE!

Thanks so much for posting this. Like others, I was not able to see it when it aired. What a GREAT video! It was wonderful to see the movement and to recognize the animals (oh, there's Travis, there's Wobbly Ally...) I was moved to tears at Patty's story. Bless their hearts, they have so much to teach us, don't they?

What a wonderful video, it is special to see you and hear you talk about your work with more time to elaborate than usual. And lovely to see everybody in motion ofcourse.. I still don't understand that Herbie hasn't been adopted yet (I'm overseas and have five already, otherwise... ;-))! Great stuff, thanks for posting!

I'm thrilled to finally see this. I'd called their (Jack Hanna's)offices and even though it showed here again in January, I missed it! I will forward it to dozens of folks now and ask them to watch it & then vote.
Thank you for posting it. It was absolutely great - just as I expected!

Thank you so much for putting the video on your site. I don't have TV reception, so this was the only way I could watch the show. How wonderful! I've already sent an email to my brother strongly suggesting that he watch it & pass it on to his friends. It was so great!
Warm hugs to all,
ginger, Tobias & Tlingit

We DVR'd this when it first showed and we still have it saved. My husbands dare not remove it. :-) I've invite many neighbors and friends over to watch it. The piece is wonderful and we are thrilled your work with the animals is getting such wide exposure!

Thanks so much for putting the Jack Hanna show on your website. I wasn't able to see it the morning it aired locally and I kept the info hoping they would rerun it. It was a wonderful show and it was nice to see some of the animals (especially Herbie) up close rather than just in a photo. Thanks again.
