Alayne and I were doing some random videotaping yesterday afternoon, and I thought you'd enjoy this one-minute clip I shot when we walked into the front yard of Widget's House. There's nothing in particular going on and it ends a bit abruptly, but it will give you a good idea of what some of our little characters are like.
On the video I point out blind Emmy Lou racing around, but what I didn't notice at the time was the other figure running big circles ... deaf Tyler. Right after the start of the video you'll see a white shape come streaking in, then moments later he's in the background making a big loop. That's Tyler.
Travis, our boy with a fused jaw, is also in this. He loves to jump on people, which he knows he is NOT supposed to do, but he does it anyway, then immediately sits down at your feet and does a tail-twitter thing. He knows he's guilty, he looks guilty, but it feels so good he can't help himself.
(For those of you who are receiving these blog posts via the daily FeedBlitz email, the videos are not appearing. I don't know why FeedBlitz isn't embedding them -- they embed the photos just fine -- but you'll need to go directly to the blog -- click here -- to see the video.)
Widget's house has a better view than mine! Blind dogs running; I never thought of them doing that!

Travis sitting there, tail a'wagging, is just the cutest!!! What a happy pooch - I just want to smooch him! Thank you again for sharing these moments with us!

Wow you were right about Wobbly Allie looking like a ballerina compared to Noodle & Wobbles! I hope to see more videos! It is awesome to see the dogs in action and see how happy they are! :)

It certainly is nice to see some of the "Happy campers" in their daily frolicing. I love seeing the dogs running although they they are "sightless". I think that's amazing, but marvelous. I try to think of myself being without sight & running freely, what an amazingly free and terrific feeling that must be!
Thank you so much for providing that for them!
Big hugs,
ginger & Tobias

I love seeing everyone in motion. It is almost as great as being there.

I learned about your Sanctuary a couple of week's ago and I think you are Amazing people. I see animal's running around so happy and it bring's tear's to my eye's that these animal's have a place to go. I plan on doing a fund raiser for Rolling Dog Ranch, as soon as possible. I just got finished helping raise money for a local charity that donates to Noah's Wish, Animal Blood Bank, ect. It is called, "People Helping Pet's", also know as the Coral Spring's Dog Day Run. Veterinarian, Dr. Steven Paul has been doing it for 20 year's, unfortunately in late Fall he was diagnosed with Lung Cancer, never smoked or drank. He passed away February 7, 2007, of this year. We still had the Dinner and Auction as a Tribute and Memorial. I Love animal's too and I want this to become my next project. I think this is my calling to make a difference. As soon as I feel I can start asking for donations again, I will begin.

Where is Brody and how is he doing?
He came from my area, and the local paper ran a story about him. Bless you for all you do.

Where did all the snow go? They are all handsome fellas. But thanks for showcasing "sort of" my boyfriend Tyler. If he could only stand still! If angels are walking on earth(and I think they truly are), then welcome to earth, Alayne and Steve.
