This is our wonderful volunteer Kim R. from Great Falls, who came out over the weekend for some power dog walking. In the course of five hours, she walked -- we kept track -- a total of 14 dogs. Each dog got at least a 1/2 mile walk, some more than that, and you can do the math to figure out how many miles Kim put in.
I took this photo after Kim's last walk of the day, this one with blind Evelyn. Kim also took Evelyn to a nearby irrigation ditch so she could indulge her Lab need for water sports. Evelyn was one tired but very happy dog when they returned!

What a fantastic way to spend a day.....walking and playing with dogs!!!! I am sure they all loved the new smells "on the other side of the fence!" Great job, Kim!

Kim barely looks phased from walking 7+ miles. Nice job, Kim.
I'm sure all the pups had a great,
fast paced, experience!

Thanks Kim! I'm sure the dogs were sleeping great after the day with you. It's wonderful that you took the time to walk those precious pups.
Hugs to you,
ginger & Tobias
