We were delighted to have a producer/ director from KSPS Public Television in Spokane, Washington, here yesterday and today filming for a story that will air on Thanksgiving. The program is called Northwest Profiles and will air at 7 p.m. I took this photo of Bill Fitzner from KSPS videotaping over at Widget's House this morning. He was trying to get deaf Tyler to do something other than stare at the camera. (Tyler eventually sauntered off.)
Of course, Bill was a human magnet for the dogs, who couldn't get enough of him. On the left is blind Pepper, right below Bill is blind Bud, and pressing on his left leg mostly out of view is blind Penny (all 90 pounds of her). That's blind Emmy Lou in the center, and off to the right is wobbly Allie. With all that doggie loving, Bill's biggest problem was just making sure the camera and tripod stayed still!

How neat! I hope you can post the video or direct us to where we can see it after it airs. Looks like Bill got eaten up like a doggie treat! Yum...

I hope Bill will give you a video to show those of us out of the viewing area. Too bad he didn't get any attention from the dogs while he was there...teehee! Glad to see he got the good ole RDR welcome from the gang.
Hugs to all,
ginger & Tobias
