Thanks for beginning my day so sweetly. Dexter is adorable. He reminds me of my Jazzy, also a very determined doxie.

Bless you guys for making this world such a gentler place.
Sending love to everyone there on the ranch.

Fabulous series of photos. Thanks so much for sharing your lives with these magnificent animals.

Hello Steve and Alayne! Oh, I LOVE Dexter, he is just toooo cute and tooo smart! Goldie was adorable standing there just listening to what was going on! Hope you guys have a wonderful
Happy New Year! Hugs to all! :O)

Ilove these photos..animals are so
precious..Keep up the great work..we are so proud to be a part of you.

I adore your updates. We lost our dachshund in October, and we still have a huge painful hole in our hearts, but you made me laugh with this story. Then cry, then laugh again. Thanks so much for what you do.

I absolutely love your newsletters and the animals are so loved and safe. I'm so happy for them and for you. Keep up the great work. :)

Love reading your posts especially these showing the pets enjoying life because the pets help us enjoy life. Good luck to Rolling Dog Farm in the ongoing contests. I vote daily!

That's so sweet of him to "help". I have "helpful" cats. Don't know what I'd do without them. Sylvia

This is priceless! Made even funnier by Goldie's overseeing of it all. What a lovely way to start my morning!

LOVE IT! Kind of reminds me how Goldie used to open up packages delivered to the ranch in MT by chewing holes in the sides of boxes. Still laughing about Dexter and his mission to get the paper towels out! Loves these dogs :)

Must have been so funny to watch in real time! So cute. Great pics to share. Thanks

My holiday wasn't so good. I lost my two fav cats, Saffy and Zelda, to upper respiratory. It was a mind blower. I needed something to make me smile. Glad you're posting again! Happy New Year.

Ohh Dexter! Funmeister! Hurray for you!!!

What a wonderful little helper! Dachshunds are the best!!

My all time favorite blog post!! This is hilarious!! Can't wait to share with all of Frankie's friends on Facebook- they are going to love it too.
Go Dexter!!!!
And a-hem, having a downed doxie with no bladder control, I completely understand the pallet of paper towels!! I often say to my hubby we should buy stock in it!

Great way to start the new year! Love Dexter

Hope you enjoyed a wonderful holiday season, and Happy New Year to all at the farm. Thanks for sharing Dexter's exploits. Made me smile this morning.

Oh, I just love Dexter! These pictures are just priceless. He sure was persistent and he was going to get his task done no matter what :) I would love to borrow him to help me organize some stuff around my house!

So glad everyone at RDF had a wonderful holiday season!

As it should be! Good job, Dexter the Great!

What a cute story, thanks for the blog....

FUN IS BACK.......WELCOME!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Dexter is very entertaining!

And who can say that dachsies are not 'service dogs....?'

Oh, that Weiner Dexter--they must just love that plastic wrap. Our Coco Weeny Dog believed that if it was wrapped in plastic it must be to eat. She's gone on now, but I hope there's a lot of plastic with food in it in Weeny Dog Heaven. Wonderful sequence of pictures. You go, Dexter!

OMG! I do so LOVE ME SOME DEXTER!!!
Happy New Year, Rolling Dog Farm and family!

I'll bet he was proud of himself! And now he has a new hobby. Next time he may unwrap the rolls and start dispensing them sheet by sheet. Thanks for the cute photos!

Oh, I am so glad you all are back! We've missed you!
And what a treat you've given us with the tale of our wonderful little dickens, Dexter. He's just too cute!

Kathleen, Roo, Emma Sioux, Genie Bee, Bella, Blue, and Cheesecake

Way too funny!! You should seriously write a book on all the 'happenings' in your household...both funny and not so funny.....Your dedicated fanbase would LOVE for that to happen!! I would buy a copy, that's for sure! Happy New Year guys...both furry and not-so-furry! Cheers, Valerie.

Love it. Couldn't wait for the next blog to see how you would start on the new year. Happy New Year.

Alayne must have been laughing so hard it's a wondser she was able to get these pictures. Oh, the antics our animals think of to keep life interesting.

I could use some help like that on grocery day. Love how Goldie is supervising.
God bless you both.

Love it!! What a good little helper you are Dexter! Nice of Goldie to supervise too. I am sure Alayne really really appreciated the 'help'.

Perhaps the rustling of the wrapping paper sounded like rats in a den -- and Dexter did an admirable job getting to them! Fun photos!

Can you teach him to put them away? :-)

What a goofy guy! How fun is that!? Welcome back to blog world.

LOL! Welcome back! And thanks for started my new year off with a lot of hilarity! That little darling is just so lively. Hugs to all!

OMG......I am sure he was growling and yipping the whole time too.....how Alayne could even be taking photos instead of being in convulsions of laughter is beyond me. "Dexter the Dickens" is certainly the proper name for this little guy!
