Steve & Alayne, I just want to tell you that I admire all that you do for each and every critter in your care. I know just from caring for my CRF kitty how emotionally draining it can become loving and caring for a special needs pet, so I can't begin to imagine what this is like for ya'll. May you find strength for the journeys ahead with all the guys at Rolling Dog Ranch and peace in your spirit when it is
time to let go. All of ya'll are in our prayers. Sending lots of love and thoughts from Colorado.

I hope Brynn's pesky infection can be cleared up soon; she's got some horsing around to do back at the ranch. Hmmm....I think you're writing humor is rubbing off on me Steve.

The best part about reading the daily updates (or one of many best parts) - is that it's so wonderful to see how happy all of your critters are out there - even when they're not having a good day (like today's picture of Brynn going back to the hospital). (Speaking of smiling animals - my computer wallpaper is the picture of Steve with Noodles and Soba on their first day at the ranch. ...Can't help but smile when you've got happy dog faces on your wallpaper.)

With that said - I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all of your charges (Brynn, Turtle and Travis) do well this week. You're in my thoughts. (And if you wanted to post pictures of more happy animals... go right ahead. :- )

Keep up the good work,

Karen
